FAQ
Should I arrive with freshly washed hair?

Please come with hair that has been washed within 48 hours of your appointment. This will help us get an accurate assessment of your scalp health.

Is hair drying included?

The Express service includes your choice of a rough dry or take-home hair wrap. You can add a blowout during checkout.

Can I book a service if I have hair extensions?

Extensions are welcome! Please note there will be an 8.00 service fee added to the price of your treatment.

What is your cancelation policy?

We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

These policies allow us to respect the time of our providers and make appointment times available to other guests. We appreciate your understanding and consideration.

Do you support all hair types?

We are always working to improve our skills. At this time, we cannot accept clients with hair types above a 4c curl. For those with hair past the shoulder blade or extra thick, there will be a 7.00 charge added to your treatment.

What if I have skin or scalp concerns?

Our treatments are intended to be suitable for most people. Please note, however, that those with severe eczema or psoriasis should consult healthcare providers first. Please inform us of any skin conditions or concerns during booking. At this time, we cannot take any guests with open wounds on the scalp.
